The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Risk Management Center (RMC) developed Quantitative Risk Assessment Calcs (RMC-QRAcalcs) as part of the RMC Risk Calculations Suite of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets to support risk assessments for dam and levee safety. These spreadsheet tools are used to calculate and assess the incremental risk, non-breach risk, and residual risk for typical dam and levee projects. RMC-QRAcalcs uses Palisade's @Risk to perform a Monte Carlo simulation to quantify uncertainty in the risk estimates.
